nicole vickerman

Nicole takes great joy in teaching hundreds of students yoga, helping them to find the path to self realization, to believe in themselves, to heal their bodies, create a harmonious body/mind/spirit connection and to make the world a better place one more yogi at a time!

In addition to teaching Yoga, she is the founder of Idaho SUP Yoga and also has a Kids Yoga Program. She is having so much fun guiding the kids and teens in creating the body-mind connection, as well as bringing awareness to parents and their children about making yoga a lifestyle choice at an early age.
